Alexandra L. Armstrong, DMD

Dr. Armstrong was born and raised in central New Jersey. Growing up she was interested in science and knew from an early age she wanted to become a doctor. Her thoughts were confirmed one high school summer when she interned at Lehigh Valley Hospital’s Dental Department. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lafayette College and her dental degree at Case Western Reserve University School of Dental Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio. Dr. Armstrong completed her advanced education in General Dentistry Residency at the Olin E. Teague Veteran’s Medical Center in Temple, Texas.

Dr. Armstrong served as an Associate Dentist at Temple Dental Arts in Temple, Texas and most recently as a Staff Dentist at the Community Health Center of Cape Cod where she also mentored dental students. She is devoted to restoring and enhancing patient’s smiles through compassionate, skilled dental care and has experienced training in general, cosmetic and restorative dentistry.

During her time in Texas she met her husband, Jeremy, a native Cape Codder who was an Army soldier and Operation Iraqi Freedom veteran stationed at Fort Hood.  They moved back to Cape Cod so they could be closer to their families and friends.  She and her husband enjoy spending time outdoors with their dogs Wrigley, a puggle, and Nauset, a rescued retriever-mix.  They also like competing in marathons for numerous charitable organizations, listening to country music, and cheering on our Boston sports teams.
